Solar Eclipse in Tunisia

What is it?

Solar Eclipse in Tunisia

On August 2, 2027, a total solar eclipse will pass over parts of North Africa, and Tunisia is among the best places to witness it. With excellent weather, open landscapes, and prime locations along the path of totality, Tunisia offers a rare opportunity for both seasoned eclipse chasers and first-time viewers.
During a total solar eclipse, the Moon completely blocks the Sun for a few minutes, revealing the solar corona and briefly turning day into night. In Tunisia, the total eclipse will last up to 5 minutes and 41 seconds, depending on location.
